Job Summary:
We are looking for a Modular Rebuild Technician specifically focusing on the systems surrounding the inside liner application portion of the production line. We are looking for a technical individual as they will have responsibilities related to the operations and manufacturing.
The focus for this position will be assisting the Inside Liner Technical Manager and production in completing rebuilds, tracking maintenance, maintaining the tooling inventory, assisting with projects, and other work related to the production line.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rebuild of various systems including:
- Lacquer Application System and Pistols
- Production Line Drums
- Infeed Belts
- Cones and Cone Rotation Drives
- Manage lacquer change overs and set up
- Manage diameter change overs and set up
- Oven chain prep and replacements
- Gearbox repairs
- Assistance in quarterly maintenances
- Belt, seal, oven axle, and sprocket replacements
- Assist with annual maintenance
- Assist with engineering drawing adjustments
- Creation of prototype parts
- Complete all other tasks as directed.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of (5) years of technical experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High initiative and drive with a curiosity to learn and improve operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
