Job Summary:

The Corporate HR Manager will provide leadership and support for the HR processes and HRIS system across the division. This position works closely with field HR Managers and corporate HR in the areas of benefits, compensation, training and HRIS systems for both the salaried and hourly workforce.


Job Duties:

  • Completing required personnel actions and documentation for all North America Food and Specialty corporate salaried employees maintaining compliance per DOA
  • Executing SOX controls for North America Food and Specialty, non-plant salaried employees
  • Subject Matter Expert for all Human Resources Information Systems and superuser for all HR systems
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits, systems, etc.
  • Manage annual benefit renewal process
  • Benefits coordination including assistance with open enrollment, employee inquiries, changes in status and new hire orientation.
  • Supports plant HR Managers and HR Leadership team as directed
  • Manage corporate compensation plans.
  • Identify training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.
  • Manage immigration visa and green card processing.
  • Manages the Affirmative Action process
  • Responsible for providing Human Resources leadership and support for multiple manufacturing locations.
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Manage corporate-wide employee relations activities and programs
  • Keeps compliance training calendar and coordinates trainings (i.e. – Respectful Workplace, Managing within the Law) for all North America locations
  • Supports Succession Planning process, for performance management systems and reporting
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ Human Resource experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of HR systems – Success Factors, ADP preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.



Work Environment:

This position will perform a majority of job duties in an office environment where using a computer, telephone and printer are common
