Objective:
The HR Generalist serves as an operational interface between the site’s HR Manager and People Services. The goal is to efficiently and reliably prepare administrative HR processes for handover to People Services and actively support HR projects and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Interface to People Services
•    Prepare and ensure the quality of employee data, documents, and filing processes for handover to People Services
•    Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines for data and document transmission
•    Coordinate closely with the HR Manager to prioritize and implement operational HR topics

2. Administrative HR Processes

•    Support onboarding and offboarding processes
•    Create regular reports
•    Maintain personnel files
•    Assist in preparing works council hearings and other co-determination procedures
•    Manage invoices in SAP RGP

3. Project Support & Transformation
•    Participate in HR projects, especially in transformation initiatives (e.g., reorganizations, digitalization, change management)
•    Support the implementation of organizational development measures
•    Prepare presentations, evaluations, and project documentation

4. Communication & Collaboration
•    Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (HR Manager, managers, works council)
•    Collaborate with People Services to continuously improve processes
•    Support the implementation of HR policies and standards

Requirements:

Professional Qualifications
•    Completed commercial training with further education in HR or a degree with HR focus
•    Experience in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial company
•    Solid knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, and agreements in the metal and electrical industry
•    Confident use of HR systems and digital tools

•    Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and time management
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    High service orientation and quality awareness
•    Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
