Purpose of the Position
The goal of this role is to ensure continuous production in accordance with the production plan, specifications, and quality requirements while complying with all applicable safety, environmental, and behavioral guidelines. Specifically, your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production lines according to the production plan
- Perform quality checks and document results
- Analyze and resolve machine and equipment malfunctions
- Assist with repairs, maintenance, and modification work
- Implement measures to reduce scrap
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Participate in improvement projects (continuous improvement)
- Rework blocked goods
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area
- Dispose of waste in accordance with regulations
- Work in the packing area according to the relevant job description
- Comply with all relevant regulations regarding occupational safety, environmental protection, and the quality and energy management system
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or comparable technical qualification
- Knowledge of operating production equipment and control systems
- Strong sense of safety and responsibility
- Independent and meticulous working style
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to participate in work groups
- Willingness to work shifts and engage in job-specific training
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- Basic IT skills
