Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors.
- Prepare and present maintenance reports to management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance procedures.
- Participate in planning and execution of capital projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English and Hungarian language knowledge.
