EU Pay Transparency Directive (Project Manager)

In preparation of the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive in Europe Trivium is currently creating an inventory on the status of grading + applied salary structure in our EU plants.
Based on the inventory a plan will be finalized to complete the grading of all our plant based roles.
The grading will be executed based on our global plant grading model which has been created following several grading projects in different locations.
For the grading the KF HAY methodology is used.
Trivium needs support to execute the grading / slotting of grades within the different EU plant locations (FR/IT/DE/ES/CZ/HU/UK)
This project will be executed under authority of the Global Total Rewards department in deliberation with local (and BU) HR and involvement of local management.
Experience required:
Preferably work experience with Korn ferry HAY.
Alternatively experience with the applying the KF/HAY grading methodology in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working in an international environment
Availability:
As soon as possible
Preferably 3-4 days per week
Period approx 6 months
Project can be executed remotely however regular presence approx 1x per 2 weeks at the office at Schiphol required.
Preferably the candidate is based in NL however other countries can also be considered.
