Summary: 
Monitor the plant floor and supply the production lines with material. Load and unload trucks as 
needed. Maintain highest level of quality and safety in all operations. Maintain cleanliness and 
inventory accuracy.


Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 
• Comply with safety policies and practices and participate in the plant Safety Program.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and all team members and equipment through 
daily 5S, housekeeping activities, vehicle safety checks and report all unsafe acts or 
conditions.
• Ability to work any shift including 12-hour shifts, weekend shifts, holidays, maintenance 
days, etc.
• Provide accurate reporting of safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Work with team members to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Operate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.
• Completion of shipping/receiving/warehousing SAP transactions.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining EHS 155 requirements
• Maintain continuous flow of material for production lines.
• Complete quality checks as needed including FIFO
• Accurately warehouse products
• Deliver the basic supplies to each department
• Precision placement of products at various heights

Education and/or Experience: 
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sit-down forklift experience preferred.


Computer Skills:
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to operate tablets and mobile computers


Other Skills and Abilities: 
• Team member must be punctual and reliable.
• Fork truck certified

The noise level in the work environment is very loud. Team members must wear hearing 
protection and all other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from 
extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>95 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, 
dust, and odors.

Mechanical and electrical from machinery. 
Exposure to pinch points, cuts, burns, metal dust and slivers. 
Daily work near chemicals that are hazardous and flammable
