Required Education: Higher Vocational Training in Quality, Engineering, or Chemistry.
Preferred Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Main Objective: To ensure that all work is carried out in alignment with Quality Management Systems and established standards.
Specific tasks:
- Comply with the safety policy: use of PPE, compliance with regulations and safety instructions for the position and the plant in general, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area and contributing to overall plant cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage all Quality Management Systems (APC, Positive Release, Salesforce, etc.).
- Coordinate all functions related to established quality controls in both the production process and self-inspections.
- Coordinate Quality-related training sessions.
- Manage blocked material (review, acceptance, rejection, or recovery).
- Manage customer complaints and supplier complaints.
- Organize and manage the Quality team.
- Collaborate in investigations related to customer complaints.
- Support the inspector during internal and external ISO audits.
- Manage the maintenance of the BRC standard.
- Participate in the daily plant KPI review meeting.
Competencies
- Quality management techniques.
