Purpose of the role

Manage and control the strategic and operational management of human resources of the organization, in order to ensure the integration, development and retention of qualified personnel to achieve the objectives of the Company, ensuring the normal development of relations between the management of the company and union representatives, and also ensuring the full availability of all the personnel in their work posts. (Scope: Trivium Packaging Pilar & Trivium Packaging Madryn).
 

Job Responsibilities  
•    Negotiate working conditions with trade unions that are represented in the Company. Ensuring the availability of unionized personnel throughout the enterprise level, achieving the required flexibility based on the continuous requirements change in the organization and an employment relationship allowing operations.
•    Manage programs and compensation systems, promoting innovations in this area continuously. Ensure the attraction and retention of human resources, also guarantee the cost-benefit balance for the Company.
•    Manage and supervise the activities of Personnel Management; Wage settlements; Discipline; Management reports. Ensure the information carrier, control systems, personnel documentation, monitoring and treatment of operating costs disciplinary matters chord with company policy and legal regulations.
•    Manage the activities of internal communication. Ensure compliance with internal rules and maintaining a good climate. Guaranteeing that corporate messages are communicated to all people in the right time and shape and aligned with corporate strategy.
•    Manage people development and succession planning. Provide the necessary tools for making decisions on human resources in the organization, ensuring a consistent approach to their treatment; ensure replacements in key positions.
•    Manage policies and training programs. Ensure the Group's strategy to develop the skills and competencies aligned with organizational goals.
•    Perform searching & hunting of candidates (for heads of department and managers level). Provide professionals with the right profiles defined by the line skills, trying to optimize the time and cost of processes and the development of human potential.
•     Active participation in activities with the top management that involves any aspect between business and labor relations, organizational changes, etc. Anticipate and correct deviations and decide the development and implementation of the needs of the business.
•    Maintain or commitment to comply with policies/procedures/norms and instructions established in the Integrated Management System.
•    Coach managers and supervisors on personnel situations and maintain credible relationships towards a work environment with high morale, low employee turnover and high productivity.

•    Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working directly on the shop floor, connecting with employees at all levels and understanding their needs.
•    Skilled in managing and driving change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively convey HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
•    Understanding of local labor laws, cultural nuances, and business practices in Argentina.
•    Ability to foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
•    Capability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
•    Experience in coaching and developing leaders and employees, enhancing their skills and performance.
•    Focused on achieving measurable results and continuously improving HR processes and outcomes.
•    Proficient in using data and analytics to inform HR decisions and identify trends and opportunities.
•    Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.
