Reporting to the Production & OpEx Manager
As a Production Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and completeness of production data in SAP. You will work closely with production teams to collect and input data into the system, as well as analyse data for accuracy and completeness and will be responsible for resolving stock discrepancies. You will also be involved with stock counts and reconciliations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collect and input production data into SAP
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of production data in SAP
- Analyse data for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve consumption and stock movement discrepancies
- Work with production teams to identify areas for improvement & implement process changes as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP functionalities and updates
- Provide training to production teams on how to use SAP effectively
- Stock counts and reconciliations
Experience
- Previous experience in a production administration environment
- Experience using SAP
