Transformation and Trivium Business System Lead

Purpose of the role:
The Transformation and Trivium Business System (TBS) Lead is responsible for leading and facilitating the transformation office. This includes developing our transformation roadmap, ensure key common practices, tools and processes to drive our global transformation. This includes project impact tracking, integrated (milestone) planning, anticipating and managing risks/issues, managing interdependencies and change. The role also includes leadership and support of critical transformation projects across different functions and geographies. The role reports into the VP TBS and includes close collaboration with transformation leads across Trivium.
Your responsibilities:
Lead / Support special projects that drive the growth of Trivium Packaging
- Lead or support special projects: perform data analysis, provide reporting on insights, suggest next steps, work with key stakeholders to move from analysis to execution
- Enable initiative/project leads with managing projects (methods, practices, software tools and templates)
- Coordinate global transformation communications & change planning, including driving effective involvement of our Exco team and the entire organization
Compile monthly reporting on our Transformation program
- Manage governance and monthly reporting on key Trivium Business System (TBS) initiatives
- Clarify per initiative: status, financial impact, timeline, risks and issues, interdependencies, mitigating actions, resource allocation, etc.
- Lead development of board-level & ExCo reporting documents
- Drive initiative KPI development and performance measurement mechanisms
Manage stakeholders and build relationships across Trivium Packaging
- Build credibility and establish a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
- Manage regular interactions with company leadership team (Exco)
- Ensure continuous alignment of overall TBS program with strategic business objectives
- Make recommendations for adjustments to enhance performance

This role will suit you if you have the following:
- Education & Training:
- Advanced Degree in Supply-Chain Management; Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in a mature transformational or top consulting organization with proven transformation impact
- At least 2 years' experience in leadership roles
- Strong data, reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate into recommendations
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Process mapping, optimization, and standardization skills
- Strong people skills and the ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Advanced Excel skills
- PowerBI reporting knowledge is a plus
- Stakeholder management across functions and influencing skills
- Project management skills
- Documentation and process mapping / knowledge sharing
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
