Purpose of the role:
The Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist is a key role within the Operational Excellence Team who will support Operations to identify, analyze and develop high impact improvement projects to drive cost reduction and operational improvements. The role is reporting to the Lead Transformation Manager.
The new colleague will use data to generate insights with the target to identify improvement opportunities, design solutions and provide regular business reports.
Your responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering regular, insightful reports that highlight significant trends, operational losses, and areas for improvement across the organization.
- Synthesizing complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership, ensuring that findings are presented in a concise and structured manner.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and leading projects that address critical operational challenges.
- Guiding the OpEx transformation team in deploying solutions identified through analytics and reporting.
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new reporting capabilities and enhance existing dashboards.
- Providing timely updates and presentations to executive teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, a deep understanding of reporting tools (such as TLM, SAP, APL & PowerBI), and the ability to translate data into compelling business cases and recommendations.

- Strong storyboarding / presentation skills, with the ability quickly frame, build, and present executive-level presentations in a structured manner
- Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills with a large informal network within the organization
- Knowledge of cross-functional process owners and global decision-makers
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic test and learn environment
- +3 years of experience in operational roles, Data analytics, business insights, digital transformation or similar preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication. English is mandatory.
- Experience in visualization tooling (PowerBI/SAP/TLM/APL, etc.)
- Experience working with quality-related approaches to manufacturing (Six Sigma, CPK/PPK, SPC)
- Knowledge in statistics and associated tooling (Minitab, M365 tools)
