BU Seafood Quality Engineer

The Seafood Quality Engineer supports BU Seafood for quality improvement.
You will work with all departments within the Seafood BU (quality, production, sales) as well as with trivium R&D center. You will be in close contact with other BU’s, especially for BRCGS topics.
• Supporting the BU plants for managing external customer incidents and contributes to improvement actions follow-up.
• Providing support to plants and Sales for complaint management system (SalesForce), including training when needed.
• Centralizing customer satisfaction surveys and manages customer satisfaction improvement plan.
• Playing a proactive role in the implementation of the Quality system (BRCGS) in the Seafood plants.
• Performing internal audits to identify corrective action (positive release, preparation for annual BRCGS audit)
• Monitoring and communicating internally any changes in BRCGS norm.
• Proposing/contributing to create and standardize documentation.
• Actively participating in key suppliers assessment.
• Supporting the BU Seafood quality department for creating and maintaining documentation like Customer Technical Data Sheet and specification file, data in SQware, specific documentation requested by external customers (e.g vendor questionnaire).
• Around 20% travling included per year
Skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Be familiar and up tp date with current BRCGS packaging standard
• Quality Manager from a production company background is appreciated
