Missions:
•To manage the H&E team
•To drive the environment actions on the site
•To ensure that site documentation is up to date (Quality book, QHSE policy, ISO 14001 and BRC Packaging)
•To prepare and conduct BRC and ISO 14001 audits
•To set up internal audits program and to participate to internal audits and inter-sites audits
•To lead and facilitate Management H&E Reviews
•To lead and facilitate HACCP reviews and to update the associated documentation
•To deliver BRC learnings to new employees
•To ensure H&E regulatory watch and to grant the site compliance to revelant laws and regulations
•To communication with administrative authorities (DREAL, …)
•To plan and manage environmental and pollution controls (air, earth, water, noise, …)
•To build the « Plan de Gestion des Solvants
•To supervise and assess cleaning interventions, and to define and track corrective actions when necessary
