• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Administration or related field;
• Advanced English; NON-negotiable and will be tested! Resumes outside this criteria will not be considered!;
• Postgraduate degree desirable.

Job Summary

1. Ensure that contracted companies comply with the negotiated documents and maintain the deadline and quality agreed through contractual clauses and meetings.

2. Ensure that national and international raw material prices follow the current agreement, taking into account spot negotiations.

3. Ensure that the management of purchasing processes follows the Compliance established from the request to the formalization of the order through frequent audits of the process. As well as compliance with area procedures.

4. Ensure the company's management and strategic information through market analyzes of inputs and raw materials.

5. Purchase inputs for products manufactured by the company, maintenance materials, fixed assets, consumables and services, seeking the best cost-benefit and maintaining the supply of a mix of products that meet the needs of the company and internal customers and company policies, negotiate directly with suppliers the bases and conditions for supply, aiming to acquire products with competitive prices and conditions, manage price registration, monitoring, negotiating and seeking alternative sources and researching new products on the market that can replace those already developed seeking the better cost and benefit.

6. Develop, qualify and monitor the performance of suppliers according to specific procedures, prepare and manage contracts.

7. Be responsible for the company's DPO, following financial standards, ensuring OTIF from suppliers and managing action plans.

8. Contribute to the execution of the budget and ensure compliance with the approved budget through the effective management of performance indicators.

9. Define and communicate the objectives of the Purchasing and Foreign Trade area, through management of indicators and delivery of results

10. Ensure the company's entire import and export process is carried out within established deadlines, at the best possible costs and avoiding the risk of damage, compliance and undue costs.
