Job Summary

 

  1. Management of production indicators (OEE, scrap, complaints, safety, HFI, setup time).
  2. Management of plant performance, through the routine of daily meetings, ensuring compliance with action plans and continuous improvement projects (GGA meetings, critical analysis).
  3. People management (electronic time clock, vacations, hiring, dismissals, human resources strategy between shifts, performance monitoring, performance evaluation, feedbacks).
  4. Planning of the production schedule in conjunction with PCP.
  5. Work directly with the CS, PCP and finance team to synchronize goals, sales quantity and delivery times.
  6. Cost management of the production area (overtime, turnover, consumption of critical items).
  7. Follow safety and environmental rules, and compliance with them in your team.
  8. Plan, control and analyze the costs of your area related to Capex and Opex.
  9. Analyze and evaluate the economic aspects of the production process, with regard to labor and quantity of materials consumed, in order to identify opportunities or alternatives that allow cost reduction.
  10. Develop procedures and determine guidelines for maintaining the look of the factory, with regard to cleaning, painting, conservation, etc., in order to keep the place in conditions that provide the best performance of employees and equipment.

 

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Production Management or related field;
  • Fluent or Advanced English;
