Job Summary

Coordinate the Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement areas;

 

Management of routines in the Process Engineering area:

Insertion of data into the ERP system;
• Preparation of production sheets (Work Instructions);
• Definition of control parameters through statistical studies;
• Leadership of projects focused on cost reduction;
• Management of OEE and Scrap;
• Participation in S&OP to define production strategy and manage installed capacity.

 

Management of routines in the Continuous Improvement area;

• Implementation of TPM pillars;
• Management of the Daily/Monthly Management Routine;
• Monthly study of losses continuous improvement plans;
• Management of improvement groups;
• Leader Standard Work application;
• Dissemination of the culture of continuous improvement;
• Carry out economic feasibility, Capex and Opex studies.

 

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Production Management or related field;
  • Fluent English (Non negotiable);

•          Knowledge of TPM in the MA, ME, E&T, MP Pillars;
•          High Communication skills, working as an influencer;
•          Specialization in Lean and Black Belt;
•          Ability to effectively respond to changing and often times ambiguous situations;
