Job Summary

  1. Act as a strategic partner to middle leadership, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and supporting decision-making through HR insights.
  2. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure local execution of global policies and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  3. Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and communication of total rewards programs.
  4. Lead and support Blue Collars Performance review processes , including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and development planning.
  5. Drive internal communication initiatives related to HR programs, policies, and cultural engagement, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  6. Analyze HR data and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement, headcount, diversity) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  7. Support employee engagement strategies, including planning and execution of events, community social program and follow-up action plans with managers.
  8. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and development opportunities.
  9. Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  10. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth transitions.
  11. Support change management initiatives through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  12. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.
  13. Monitor and report on key HR KPIs and support the creation of dashboards and reports for leadership.
  14. Provide coaching and support to managers on people leadership, team dynamics, and employee development.
  15. Manage relationships with external vendors related to engagement, training, and benefits.

 

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humam Resources, People Management, Business Administration or related field;
  • Fluent English;
  • Desirable Advanced Spanish;
