Job Summary
- Provide technical and analytical support for price formation by compiling and analyzing production cost reports, market studies, competitor data, commissions, commercial policies, warranty and technical assistance processes, and related activities.
- Support the calculation and analysis of sales profitability and commercial performance, including contribution margin, to enable effective and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Conduct and analyze market research on sales trends and consumer behavior.
- Monitor sales plan execution, identifying implementation challenges, tracking progress, analyzing performance deviations, and proposing continuous improvements.
- Prepare, analyze, communicate, and monitor sales performance indicators and dashboards.
- Participate in the planning, monitoring, and control of activities directed to national and regional managers, sales coordinators, sales representatives, promoters, distributors, and other commercial partners, ensuring achievement of established sales targets.
- Identify training needs and support the development and execution of training programs for national and regional managers, sales coordinators, salesforce teams, customer service, technical assistance, commercial representatives, promoters, distributors, and related teams, aligned with business objectives and expectations.
- Conduct market studies and analyses to evaluate product and service trends, supporting the development and execution of market research and contributing insights for marketing plan definition.
- Prepare reports on activities performed and results achieved, providing strategic insights to management and the commercial leadership team to support decision‑making, performance realignment, and the definition of new strategies, programs, and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field;
- Advanced English
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish
- Intermediate Portuguese or Spanish desirable
- Advanced Office Package (Excel and Power Point)
- Advanced Power BI and Analytics
