Job Summary

  1. Monitor activities, schedules, and deadlines within your area of responsibility.
  2. Answer and make phone calls.
  3. Ensure hotel and transportation reservations are made.
  4. Prepare reports, administrative controls, and other documents related to your area of responsibility.
  5. Ensure the receipt and distribution of mail and general documents.
  6. Draft correspondence and memorandums whenever requested.
  7. Manage office supplies for the department.
  8. Assist in organizing meetings.
  9. Ensure proper organization and filing of departmental documents.
  10. Perform administrative tasks across various departments such as: general administration, commercial, financial, logistics, quality, industrial, and human resources.
  11. Handle routine administrative activities, such as computer operation, telephone service, drafting letters, charts, reports and controls, completing forms, managing records and files, and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  12. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of administrative areas by supervising the cleaning and arrangement of all rooms in both buildings.

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Business or related field;
  • Advanced English;
