Electrical Maintenance Lead Engineer / Villamos karbantartó vezető mérnök

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead Engineer to lead our electrical team in a manufacturing environment and ensure reliable, efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities of the electrical maintenance team
Schedule shifts, overtime, and task allocation
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
Support troubleshooting and minimize production downtime
Manage PLC systems, power distribution, drives, and energy systems
Ensure proper documentation in SAP
Lead energy efficiency and continuous improvement projects
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
PLC programming experience
Strong background in industrial electrical systems
English and Hungarian language knowledge
Leadership experience
Good communication skills
IT skills relevant to the area, including SAP knowledge
