The MES APC Specialist supports the design, implementation, support, and on-going optimization of Trivium’s global Quality/SPC Systems focused on APC and supports integration between the various MES applications. 
 

•    Supports APC daily operations and analyses and solve complex outages.
•    Connecting/testing new and existing gauges.
•    Support on Window and Linux based data acquisition servers, PC’s and other hardware. 
•    Support local Engineers to configure/setup gauges.
•    Actively collaborating with IT infrastructure & Operations, Quality engineers and Local engineers, to implement and optimize the Quality/SPC systems (APC).
•    Work according to Trivium’s Information Security and Enterprise Architecture standards.
•    Maintaining Quality Systems (APC) in the Trivium organization, in cooperation with external partners.

Requirements for the job
•    Education & Training:
o    Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar studies
•    Microsoft SQL Server knowledge (read/write, but no maintenance required for this position)
•    Knowledge Quality/SPC systems in industrial environment
•    Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
•    High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision, while resilient to change.
•    Linux experience is a pro.

 

Experience: 
•    Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
