We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Szenna. In this role, you will coordinate customer-related processes in the aerosol can manufacturing business, focusing on seamless order and delivery management, customer communication, and high-level service support. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and other key internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Priorities
- Customer relationship management
- Management of customer accounts
- Product and technical support
- Order management
- Regulatory and documentation management responsibilities
- Forecasting and product support–related activities
- Handling customer complains and production returns
Education & Experience
- At least secondary school education (economic or commercial studies preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent English skills (C1 level).
- French is advantage.
- Hungarian language is mandatory.
