Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, is accountable for shift quality results and tasks required to support the production of a quality product. Responsible for all required QC checks, documentation, and measurements.
Job Duties:
- Accountable for plant quality systems including but not limited to inspection, test method and standard work instructions, procedures, product specs, and best practices.
- Attain and sustain good working knowledge of SPC, control charts, ITM’s, quality policies, SMA’s and plant instructions as they pertain to quality.
- Perform quality checks, document results, and follow notification protocol as necessary.
- Achieve and sustain competency on all gauges and quality checks.
- Prepare, store, and replenish quality test ends for camera and tester challenges.
- Shall understand the Food Safety Policy, GMP’s, HACCP Principle and Food Safety Standard.
- Responsible for performance of test studies and special measurements as required.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills
- Solid attention to detail with respect to documentation and job completion.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel
Salary Range:
- $19.80 - $21.98 per hour

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud outside of the office area. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>90 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust and odors.
