Job Summary:

As part of the SAP COE Team, you will support the business as a change keeper. As part of ensuring that change is sustainable, your focus will be to ensure that change has been adopted by local organizations where SAP was implemented. Developing and measuring standard metrics, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement, while monitoring the new processes to ensure it works as intended, will be part of your daily routine.

 

Job Duties:

  • Assess adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with SAP COE change management approach and methodology.
  • Conduct business reviews with local teams and drive the execution of action plans towards continuous improvement.
  • Provide direct support, coaching, training to the change network (Super Users, Key Users) guaranteeing the learning curve is well addressed.
  • Facilitate change management activities with local teams and cross-functional team members to ensure the implemented enterprise business model is sustainable.
  • Interface with users, identifying improvements opportunities, or capturing their demand of changes or improvements (active listener).
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Administration, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
  • Fluent in English (written / spoken), second language appreciated.
  • Experience +5 years in SAP.
  • Experience +5 manufacturing companies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver on time.
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel 15% up to 30% (e.g. visit plants and offices)

 

Work Environment:

This position will primarily work in a manufacturing environment where moving machinery produces noise. In addition, working at an office desk and using a computer, telephone and other office electronics are critical. This position will occasionally travel to other plant or office locations.
