Purpose of the role: 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Intern to join our Treasury Operations team in Budapest and support the Group Treasury function in the Netherlands. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners, and contribute to the smooth execution of daily treasury processes. You will also support process improvement initiatives and develop a solid understanding of treasury controls and best practices. This internship offers valuable exposure to a global corporate treasury environment, including cash management, cash flow forecasting, FX and commodity hedging, and supply chain financing. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in treasury, finance, or corporate operations.

Responsibilities:

• All-round support across all Group Treasury activities
• Support ISO 20022 payment compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Bank account management:
  • Bank Account opening/closing
  • KYC
  • Online banking platform administration
  • User account management (creation, modification, deletion)
• Credit Card Program Management
  • Assist users with credit card application
  • Handle card cancelation request
  • Handle credit limit change request
  • Reporting
  • Issue resolution
• Participation in month-end closing activities

This role will suit you if you have the following: 

• 30-40 hours availability to work
