Purpose of the role: 

 

We have reached a major milestone in Trivium’s transformation journey with the implementation of a new Integrated Planning Solution (IPS) across Europe. In this context, we reinforce the Supply Chain Master Data team because data accuracy is the one of the key success factors of this project.

The purpose of this role is to execute the creation and amendment of master data in SAP for Supply Chain within agreed lead-times, and at the same time ensure data accuracy between SAP and IPS.

You will integrate the Central Master Data team and will work closely with the Supply Planners.

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintenance: Create and update master data for Supply Chain based on authorized business requests – the scope is produced materials and relevant master data objects for manufacturing industry (BOM, Routing, …),
  • Controls: Perform controls in SAP and IPS to ensure data quality and completeness,
  • Monitoring: Analyze interface data to spot inconsistencies between SAP and the Global Planning system then lead corrective actions,
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments to check data compliance and accuracy.

 

 

This role will suit you if you have the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or data Analytics or Business Analytics.
  • Proven experience with SAP MM PP Modules
  • Experience in Supply Chain is a plus
  • 2 years in Data maintenance or Master Data management
  • Experience of working in a complex cross-functional or multinational environment would be an advantage
  • Taking ownership on daily work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with other data analysis tools and software is a plus.
