PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role serves as a Process Transformation Specialist supporting finance process standardization, continuous improvement, digital adoption and transformation initiatives within the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain. The role acts as a bridge across Finance, IT, PMO and business stakeholders to support sustainable process improvements, governance alignment and digital transformation activities. The main responsibility of the Process Transformation Specialist is to support the R2R organization end-to-end where process expertise, continuous improvement and transformation support are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Improvements
Support process standardization initiatives within R2R
Identify process pain points and improvement opportunities
Support creation and maintenance of process documentation and process maps
Contribute to SLA and KPI baseline definition
Transformation & Digital Adoption
Support finance transformation and digital initiatives
Contribute to AI, automation and digital adoption activities
Support testing, rollout and hypercare activities during projects
Support process governance and harmonization initiatives
R2R Process Expertise
Act as process anchor within assigned R2R area
Support standardization of month-end closing activities
Support balance sheet reconciliation and reporting governance activities
Contribute to operational best practice sharing across teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate across Finance, IT, PMO and business stakeholders
Support change adoption and communication activities
Participate in workshops, trainings and alignment sessions
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Support KPI visibility and reporting activities
Track process improvement opportunities and action follow-up
Support sustainable process and capability development
KNOW HOW
Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Continuous Improvement / Lean knowledge is an advantage
SAP knowledge
Experience 5+ years of experience in R2R / General Ledger operations
Experience in finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
Experience working in SSC/BSC environment is an advantage
Competencies Strong understanding of R2R / General Ledger processes
