Purpose of the role:
The Senior Project Manager role is a crucial role in owning complex projects and driving strategic change. This role manages transformation initiatives in time and budget and enables and support the team in project conduction and best-practices. Also, the Senior Project Manager act as stream lead/PMO support in larger cross-divisional initiatives. The responsibilities are reflecting two main areas: Continuous improvement as well as project management for both, the finance organization and the BSC: Continuous improvement and project management.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyzes, derive and manage continuous improvement initiatives in shared services and finance areas
- Identifies process optimization possibilities quickly, acts as “optimization” possibility thinker
- Thinks in strategies, brings these to implementation with strong problem-solving skills
- Project Management; The role
- Acts as a Senior Project Manager for both Technology & Non-Technology projects for Finance and BSC following best-practices methodologies in process and project management, e.g. Agile PM/Waterfall
- Drives the project from Initiation to Post Go Live support while ensuring that all strategic aspects such as Change Management, Business Objectives, Risk Management and Compliance are met
- Continuous Improvement: Providing inputs to further develop migration and project methodologies, identifying improvement opportunities for BSC and Finance, and ensuring compliance in all projects
- Project Management: Own larger transformation projects from Due diligence to Operate phase per assigned roadmap for Finance and BSC, ensuring strategic aspects such as Change Management, Business Objectives, Risk Management, and Compliance. Following Trivium project management methodology, and monitor and report progress, obstacles, and leading corrective actions where required. Deliver projects in time & within budget, ensure transformation program governance structure & project management
- Leadership/People Management: Providing guidance to build an efficient and effective transition and services, coaching the project team, and ensuring excellent project delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Analysing partner needs, managing risks and opportunities, representing the Strategical choices of Trivium Finance, and cooperating with 3rd party suppliers as appropriate

This role will suit you if you have the following:
- University degree, MBA
- Agile PM methodology knowledge is a must, Agile certificated coach nice to have
- Business fluent English is a must and additional European language is welcome
- Six Sigma certification (minimum: green belt, further welcome) or similar
- Experience in consulting or professional services is welcome
- Experience in coordinating projects within SSC and across the wider Finance organization
- Experience with multiple business areas (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT etc.)
