Purpose of the role: 

 

  • Acts as a Senior Project Manager providing best in class project management practices for key transformation projects and key process migrations.
  • Manages changes and provides a high-quality transition support through partnering multiple stakeholders.
  • Acts as a Senior Project Manager for both Technology & Non-Technology projects for Finance and BSC following the Trivium Methodology
  • Drives the project from Initiation to Post Go Live support while ensuring that all strategic aspects such as Change Management, Business Objectives, Risk Management and Compliance are met.

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

Project management:

 

  • Manages all assigned migration and non-migration related projects following Trivium project management methodology.
  • Manages the end-to-end migration roadmap and assigned projects, multiple functions and roadmaps.
  • Drives execution through the functional SSC teams, Functional Management and SME community.
  • Monitors and reports progress, obstacles and leading corrective action(s) where required.
  • Keeps targets and quality assurance goals.
  • Consistent execution and project management of the operating framework

 

Leadership/People Management:

 

  • Provides leadership and guidance to build an efficient and effective transition and services.
  • Acts as a coach giving guidance and support to the project team.
  • Motivates & engages all project members and create a climate for the ongoing development.
  • Provides support and direction to the project to ensure an excellent project delivery.

 

Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Analyzes and identify partner needs based on feedback.
  • Manage risk and opportunities in projects- identify & mitigate risk and highlight risk in time.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the BSC.
  • Represents the Strategical choices of Trivium Finance.
  • Manage/Cooperate with 3rd party suppliers as appropriate.

 

Continuous improvement:

 

  • Provides inputs to further develop the migration and project methodologies.
  • Identifies Improvement opportunities in all projects involved.
  • Drives a culture of trust and improvement mindset.
  • Ensures compliance in all projects.

This role will suit you if you have the following:

 

  • Advanced project management experience is required focusing on delivering process improvement projects with IT development components.
  • Process migration experience (migrating processes across locations or to a BSC/GBS/SSC) is an advantage but nut a must.
  • Good understanding of and experience in IT project delivery is necessary.
  • Any project management certificate (Prince/PMP) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility and capability to adapt to changes is a must.
  • Solution focus is required, as a PM the candidate must take ownership of the solution to be delivered.
