Why this role?
This is a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of Group Finance. As Group FP&A Senior Manager, you shape how financial performance is understood, discussed and acted upon at executive level. Your work directly influences strategic decisions, long‑term value creation and the future direction of the Group.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, performance management and finance transformation, working closely with senior leaders across the business while developing your own team and driving best‑in‑class FP&A practices.
Your impact

What you will do
- Lead weekly, monthly and annual Group performance reporting, delivering insightful analysis versus forecast, budget and prior year
- Own and coordinate forecasting, budgeting and long‑term planning cycles across Business Units
- Review, validate and challenge assumptions, inputs and financial models to ensure quality and robustness
- Translate financial outcomes into compelling narratives and actionable insights for senior management and executives
- Ensure a strong, “first‑time‑right” closing process with high data integrity and alignment to business drivers
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and reporting
- Play a key role in finance automation, driver‑based forecasting and Power BI‑enabled reporting
- Represent Group FP&A in strategic, transformation and finance technology initiatives
- Line manage, coach and develop the Group FP&A Senior Analyst
Who you will work with
You collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation, including Business Unit Finance Directors, Group Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Strategy & Business Development, HR, Procurement and PMO. Externally, you engage with consultants and investment bankers on high‑impact projects.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A and/or Controlling within a multinational, matrix‑structured organisation
- Proven people management experience
- Strong expertise in management reporting, financial modelling and performance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, HFM or SAP SAC is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset combined with solid business understanding
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, structured and comfortable operating in a complex, fast‑paced environment
