Purpose of the role: 

 

Group FP&A Senior Financial Analyst manages weekly/monthly reporting activities for Group Financial Performance. Is responsible for analyses, validation models, tools and templates. Manages and continuously improves the reporting process, analyses the results available to support decision makers.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provides comprehensive, insightful and high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, controlling, business analysis and planning to support decision making
  • Develops, implements, maintains and documents efficient & standardized processes
  • Create ad-hoc analysis based on deviations or requests
  • Support automation / implementation into Power BI of manual processes in reporting
  • Reconcile financial figures in closing decks and underlying reporting
  • Control numbers: Be able to prepare spreadsheets with analysis for closing month and challenge division teams on numbers
  • Enhance templates used by Group FP&A to capture closing numbers from divisions in a way that facilitates understanding and provide important input to understand the numbers
  • Act as a Business Partner between Divisional and other Group Finance teams
  • Drive Automation of data collection
  • Proactively leading and proposing improvement actions for continuous improvement
  • Support report automation projects with providing business requirements. Creating functional mock ups
  • Support projects in testing solutions
  • Act as key user for automated / Power BI integrated financial reports

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • Graduation in Finance or Economics. Strong in Excel and automation knowledge
  • Strong knowledge in financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge in Excel (Very Advanced) spreadsheet.
  • Ability to work as part of a team combined with the ability to engage with variety of Stakeholders
