Purpose of the role: 

 

Reporting to SG&A Senior Finance Manager of Group FP&A, the aim of the position is to understand

the business drivers and what is happening with specific accounts, supporting budget processes,

managing different analyses to propose new solutions.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Manage monthly reports to explain actuals vs budget
  • Understand the business drivers of each account and identify potential savings
  • Prepare material for Allocations to Divisions and BUs in a monthly basis and analyses
  • Forecasting activity to anticipate potential savings
  • Ensure SG&A budget preparation, presentations, explanations
  • Collaborate closely with cost center owners and country controllers to understand what is
  • happening with specific accounts and propose solutions to issues identified
  • Support on overall/group budget process, decks, different analysis in all P&L and BS
  • accounts
  • Cooperate with Procurement to understand benefits embedded in P&L and support on
  • tracking those
  • Impact procurement decisions during negotiations by having data in hands to support
  • central team
  • Provide support to HR on finance related decisions and budget decks
  • Business partnering to SG&A functions

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • Graduation in Engineering or Economics, Accounting
  • At least 10 years of experience in FP&A
  • Confident Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Fluent English language knowledge
