Purpose of the role: 

 

The PMO coordinator is responsible for the PMO standards, tooling, and reporting used by the Global IT, Global Finance (incl. BSC), and some other support functions. The PMO coordinator maintains the recently implemented PMO tooling (Celoxis) and actively works together with the responsible delivery organizations to align our Project Management methodology, our Agile delivery methodology and our operational support processes. The PMO coordinator works closely together with finance regarding the project spend- and capex reporting for the projects in the portfolio in scope of the PMO.  

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain Trivium PMO standards and make them available for internal customers
  • Maintain Trivium PMO tooling (Celoxis)
  • Support IT- and Finance Project Managers with using the Trivium PMO standards & tooling
  • Deliver monthly IT Project Portfolio reporting (incl. project spend reporting, capex reporting) and align with monthly SG&A and CAPEX reporting with Finance
  • Support the Director EA & PPM and the assigned IT Business Partners with aligning the IT Portfolio with the BU’s and Global Functions
  • Together with IT Portfolio Manager and Finance Transformation leadership, further develop the current Trivium PMO standards
  • Co-own the overall IT Delivery Model for Trivium together with the responsible IT leaders for the global delivery teams (Global Applications & Data Solutions, Infrastructure & Operations, Information Security)

  

This role will suit you if you have the following:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience with IT Portfolio Management and Project Management
  • Experience in international industrial organizations
  • Master in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Business Technology Management
  • Relevant training & courses, incl. certifications in Project- and Portfolio Management and Agile
  • Teamwork, Excellence, Passion, Ambition to improve, Lead through influence
  • Consulting skills to effectively communicate and present strategic IT topics to business stakeholders
