Purpose of the role: 

The purpose of this role is to execute the creation and amendment of master data in SAP for relevant markets within agreed lead-times, and at the same time, maintain business compliance.

This role will support central master data team to provide analytics, reporting delivery and participation in project.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Create master data based on authorized business requests – customer/vendor data creation and amendment in SAP, material master data management.
  • Review master data quality to ensure data is accurate and complete.
  • Work with the internal control team to ensure Trivium best practice for data quality is implemented.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to streamline processes and increase process compliance with our stakeholders.
  • Work actively to eliminate data errors. This can include reviewing daily MD reports to locate not accurate or missing data in SAP.
  • Manage the existing work instructions and create new ones if needed
  • Execute special projects: GEP implementation, Enterprise data excellence, migrations etc.

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • Degree level or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English is essential
  • 1-2 years in Data maintenance or Data management
  • Rigorous attention to detail and the ability to process SAP transactions accurately at pace.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain processes or reasons clearly and concisely for data request rejection.
  • Experience of working in a complex cross-functional or multinational environment would be an advantage.
  • The role involves processing critical data requests under significant time pressure to agreed timelines. The candidate should be pro-active and highlight opportunities to improve processes where possible.
  • The role involves dealing with a large number of requests from teams across Trivium. The candidate should be able to work with competing demands from different stakeholders.  
  • Advanced Excel reporting and solid PowerPoint skills
  • ERP / SAP experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce would be an advantage
