Logistics Intern
Job Location:  Budapest
Contract Type:  Trainee
Remote/Hybrid/Onsite:  Hybrid

Purpose of the role: 

The Logistics Intern will be a part-time operational support required to collect, structure, and validate data from multiple plants and office locations across Europe. The project involves gathering supplier details, account information, shipment profiles, and spend data that are currently decentralized and incomplete.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating data requests with plants and offices
  • Consolidating courier and small parcel supplier information
  • Collecting available shipment and volume details
  • Structuring data to ensure transparency and tender readiness
     

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • Active Full-time student status in Hungary
  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Analytical & Data Skills
    • Strong Excel skills (data collection, consolidation, basic analysis)
    • Ability to structure incomplete or decentralized data from multiple sources
    • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Communication Skills
    • Very good English (written & spoken) – mandatory
    • Advantage: French/Spanish/Italian knowledge
    • Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders
    • Clear, persistent, and structured follow up capability with plants and offices
  • Organizational & Project Support Skills
    • Experience supporting multi country or cross functional projects (internship, student job, university projects)
