Join our team as an Intern in Learning & Development and Recruitment. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support the growth and skill development of our team members while also engaging in talent acquisition activities. You will gain hands-on experience and make an impact on both recruitment and employee learning journeys.

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern that is likes to work with digital tools and systems and is eager to learn about LnD & Recruitment.

Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Learning and Development: 

  • Manage the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet business learning needs.
  • Design & develop engaging eLearning content using our instructional design authoring tool and coordinate the translation process.
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and materials preparation.

Recruitment: 

  • Mapping of technical schools and universities in the vicinity of the Trivium sites
  • Provide support in gathering "local" labor conditions (EVP).
  • Provide support with Posts vacancies drafting recruiting job texts and making them DEI-proof.
  • Thinking about and suggesting improvements to our recruitment process.

 

Requirements: 

  • available for the next 12 months with weekly 25 hours "free" time 
  • background: tech backgound is a plus - we are looking for someone who brings in some tech savvvvyyyy ideas with HTML coding, etc 
  • proficiency in using digital tools and platforms 
  • MS office, specially practical knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel 
  • relevant ongoing university studies, enrolled in a Hungarian University.
