Purpose of the role:
The IT PMO Intern will support the Enterprise Portfolio Management & Architecture team within Trivium’s global IT organization. This role provides hands‑on experience in project portfolio coordination, reporting, and governance. The intern will work closely with project managers, and IT leadership to help maintain accurate project data, prepare dashboards, and support daily operational processes in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the IT PPM lead with maintaining and updating project and portfolio data
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries
- Coordinate collection of project updates from project managers and stakeholders
- Help ensure data quality and consistency in project plans, RAID logs, and financial tracking
- Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, action follow‑up
- Support documentation management, process updates, and SharePoint/Teams content maintenance
This role will suit you if you have the following:
- Active full-time student status in Hungary
- University studies in Information Technology
- Must have completed at least 2 years of university studies
- Some experience in project coordination, process support, administration, data handling, or any role involving structured work and stakeholder interaction
- Confident communication in English
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week - not necessarily mean 6 hours per day; we are flexible and can accommodate exam schedules
