Purpose of the role: 

 

The Finance PMO Lead is responsible for coordinating the Finance project management office, which includes coordinating Finance Transformation projects, CI and Automation support in the

Trivium Finance organization & owns the Europe BSC transformation journey.

 

This entails keeping track of updates and the integrated (milestone) planning, anticipating and managing risks/issues, managing interdependencies, and ensuring the initiatives meet their commitments to the organization.

The role also leads a team of professional Project and CI/Automation managers, manages change to provides a high-quality transition, PMO support through partnering multiple stakeholders.

 

The development and implementation of the Transition and Migration, PMO & CI/Automation strategy across the services. Design and implement best in class PMO, migration methodology and framework, CI/Automation framework. Drive the projects from Due diligence to Operate phase and support group level initiatives as a PMO approach.

This includes all related programs, project management activities, change management and support to BSC & Finance Transformation as well as the support to key stakeholders and customers.

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

Leadership and Strategy

 

  • Define Finance Transformation program governance structure, PMO & CI strategy
  • Define standard process, templates and monitoring for Finance Transformation program & maintain a repository of transformation materials, project plans, and updated project documents for all initiatives
  • Set strategy for the team including targets, monitoring performance
  • Coordinate global transformation communications & change planning, including driving effective messaging to the broader transformation team as well as the entire organization to ensure the transformations sustain.
  • Prepare relevant program & reporting documentation for the CFO
  • Act as an ambassador for BSC
  • Act as part of the BSC Leadership Team

Continuous Improvement

 

  • Work with SMEs, Partners and stakeholders from the Trivium world, ensuring that we use trend information to plan initiatives and communications effectively so that we manage migration plans on a world class level
  • Drive execution through the functional SSC teams, Functional Management and SME community.

Quality of services

 

  • Business transfer support (Headcount / Work Absorption)
  • From Entry To Exit Gate control for all transition projects
  • Project Execution and Go Live support and/ or supervision

 

 

Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

 

  • Work with the Heads of the End to End Process owners to define and maintain KPIs, identify areas where improvements are required in order to achieve “Best In Class” Status.
  • Ensure that the process maps E2E captured and designed for functional usage together
  • with business owners.
  • Participation in this way from Due diligence of migration projects until BAU is a must.

Automation

 

  • Ensure the preparation and acceleration of business processes to pilot and roll out full scale of automation to maximize efficiencies in all areas within the given BC timeframes.
  • TO enable business process owners and functional leads to maximize benefits with speed and simplicity

This role will suit you if you have the following:

 

  • BSC or MSC, MBA
  • PMI or Prince2 or equivalent is a must
  • Agile PM methodology knowledge is welcome
  • Fluent English is a must and additional European language is welcome
  • 3 years people management experience
  • 5-8 years of Transition/Migration management experience 
  • Experience in coordinating projects within SSC and across the wider Finance organization
  • Experience with multiple business areas (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT etc.)
  • Proven track record as Migration, functional professional
  • Automation COE experience is welcome
