Supply Chain Manager
 

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the plant's entire Supply Chain, from obtaining goods from suppliers, through manufacturing, to delivery to internal or external customers.


As such, your main missions will be to:  

  • Manage customer service teams, planning/procurement teams and logistics teams (around 10 people) in a safety, performance and continuous improvement approach,
  • Optimize line and staff capacity, OTIF (On time In Full), order confirmation time, stock levels and logistics costs,
  • Align deliveries and requirements to ensure continuity of supply,
  • Optimize (external) warehouse movements and capacity, and ensure accurate physical inventories and appropriate shipping documentation,
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Supply Chain, aligning with optimal planning, capacity requirements and internal deliveries.


To carry out these tasks successfully, you will need the following skills: 

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management and Continuous Improvements.  
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (minimum level C1),
  • Solid knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system,
  • Solid experience in supply chain management (customer service, S&OP, logistics),
  • You are results-oriented,
  • You are comfortable with data analysis,
  • You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills.
