Job Summary

1.            Welcome visitors and/or suppliers; coordinate visits for international guests, colleagues from Argentina, and local third parties; organize schedules with various departments; and manage transportation and reservations in Buenos Aires and Puerto Madryn.

2.            Collect office supply requests from all departments, as well as monitor and replenish pantry and kitchen supplies.

3.            Organize the dispatch and receipt of documents and packages, coordinating courier services.

4.            Arrange lunches and dinners for visitors.

5.            Provide logistical support for events such as year-end parties, Family Days, Town Halls, training sessions, client events, and site visits.

6.            Coordinate interpreters and translators for training sessions and other events.

7.            Coordinate procedures and meetings with the Notary Public.

8.            Manage the shipment of samples to local and international clients.

9.            Coordinate and set up booths at trade shows such as Expo Envases, CADEA, and Sitevinitech.

10.          Create purchase requisitions for materials and service payments via the integrated system.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field;
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish desirable
